oneK is a collaboration between Anderson Nikolich Design Initiative, LLC and Karora, LLC – two businesses committed to advance the cause of the triple bottom line. Our goal is to the create a SUSTAINABLE – AFFORDABLE – LIVABLE solution to the residential marketplace. Our passion is to restore community to the growing number of disenfranchised and blighted small town centers, both urban and rural. By applying a sustainable, affordable and livable design ethic to the oneK initiative, we have developed a model for revitalization with a deliberate effort to reconnect residential neighborhoods to the downtown center and encourage our citizens to regain a sense of community.
